  • How do I book a table?
    To book a table please either ring the cafe directly on 01782 528123, or email us cafe@boltongatefarm.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Are dogs allowed?
    Yes, we are completely dog friendly both inside and outside the cafe. Please just make sure dogs are kept on a lead at all times whilst on the farm premises, and make sure you ask for a FREE pup cup, when places your order from the counter!

  • Where can I find more information about Afternoon Teas?
    Our Luxury Afternoon Teas make for a brilliant way to celebrate those special occasions. You can find full details about what is included here: Please remember afternoon teas are subject to availability and need to be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance, so the sooner you can send your request to us the better!
  • How do I book an event?
    Simply visit www.boltongatefarm.co.uk/showsandevents Choose the event that you would love to attend by clicking on "book tickets" Follow the steps until payment has been successful and you have had conformation You can book on the day at the gate for theatre events, however we advise pre-booking in the event of a sellout. All craft events must be booked for in advance.
  • What do I do if it is raining?
    A little bit of rain doesn't scare us, so bring your umbrellas and rain coats and get ready for some fantastic entertainment. In the event of severe or dangerous conditions please look out for updates on social media to whether the event has been postponed or contact arts@boltongatefarm.co.uk If you have booked a ticket you will be notified by email of cancellations. If we do have to cancel an event you have purchased tickets for, a refund or tickets rescheduled for the new date can be arranged.
  • Do I need to bring chairs?
    If you are joining us for a theatre event in The Sheep Pen then please bring your own chairs or picnic blankets (a limited number of plastic chairs are available on request). For theatre in The Stables and any of our craft events, we will provide the chairs so just bring yourselves!
  • Can I have a picnic?
    Picnics are allowed in The Sheep Pen theatre only. For theatre in The Stables or any of our other events we unfortunately cannot allow picnics as the seating is in our cafe area. Hot and cold food is available to purchase from our on site cafe 9am to 3pm (with evening food available later on Fridays and Saturdays during summer), and coffees, cakes, ice cream and drinks from the bar are available 8:30am to 4:30pm (later on Fridays and Saturdays during summer).
  • Can I bring alcohol?
    Due to our licencing we cannot allow customers to bring their own alcohol, but our onsite bar is open during all our events.
  • How do I book a stall for the markets?
    We love welcoming new local stall holders! Please email arts@boltongatefarm.co.uk
  • What do I do if I have an unanswered question about the arts?
